Diversity and Inclusion Policy

The Edmonton Chinese Writing Club is committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our work. We believe that embracing diverse perspectives strengthens our ability to deliver meaningful programs, enriches our community, and promotes a more inclusive society.

This policy applies to all organizational activities, including events, partnerships, staffing, and community engagement.
