Creative Writing Boot Camp: Sharing Wisdom Across Cultures through Stories is a world wisdom book project dedicated to capturing and sharing stories about Edmonton’s rich cultural landscape, natural history, built heritage, significant objects, and linguistic diversity. The resulting publication will serve as a valuable resource for preserving and celebrating Edmonton’s heritage.
Through this initiative, local writers will have the unique opportunity to engage in authentic research, analyze primary sources, explore local history, and honor their cultural wisdom. Participants will also enhance their creative writing and public speaking skills while contributing to a collective book that reflects the diversity and depth of Edmonton’s stories.
